OK…I know. It is September, Starbucks has pumpkin spice latte’s coming out go their ears and halloween candy is popping up at your stores…but guys it is still officially summer!! Are you watching the Olympics? I am pretty sure I have watched more rowing and beach volleyball in the last 2 days than I have ever seen in all my life. Of course I have also watched a ton of gymnastics and swimming. I just love the swimming. I have to tell you though, I get tired just watching them. Easy Peasy Pie Crust
Do you make your own pie crust? Did you just look at me (thru the computer) like I am a crazy person? I know, I know, why make your own crust when you can buy it? S’mores are a favorite of mine. I love the combo of graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows…it is summer in a bite. easy peasy peachy peach cobbler
What is the one dessert you have to have in the summer? Is it something lemon? Chocolate anything? Pie? For me it is definitely cobbler and peach cobbler is a must!! Peaches are everywhere When I walk through any farmers market or in the produce area of my grocery store I see, and smell, fresh peaches everywhere.
