TACO Tuesday FUN

It is TACO Tuesday!!  I have the perfect recipe for you that is so easy and so yummy you will be making these for the next several TACO Tuesday’s!!  Bakes Tacos….let me tell you….they are AMAZING!!

TONS of flavor!!

First, you start with the ground beef.  For these tacos I kept it super simple but don’t worry it is still loaded with tons of flavor from the taco seasoning. You can use packaged or homemade, like this one.  I prefer the homemade version as you can add a little spice if you want or make it super mild, I like having options.

If you don’t want to use ground beef no worries.  You can use ground pork or chicken, make sure to adjust cooking times as needed.

Quick & Easy

The beauty of this dish is that it can be all done in just about 30 minutes.  Once you brown the meat you load the tacos just 15 more minutes …and your done.

Even better you could prep the meat the morning of, or the night before, and then just load the tacks and bake them off.  Dinner done in less than 20 minutes is perfect for those bust weeknights!!

Options, Options and more Options

Not only do you have meat options but you also have topping options.  For me I like some beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato on mine.  Other options could be guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa or just leave them plain and simple.

Even better make a taco bar so everyone can make their tacos just the way they love them.

Have fun this TACO TUESDAY with these Baked Tacos!!
