Pumpkin Crumb Muffin
It’s Pumpkin Crumb Muffin Time, Y’all! I know it is still August, but y’all I am all about pumpkin spice everything…and these muffins are the perfect kick-off to my pumpkin obsession! Just enough spice… The thing I love most about pumpkin spice is the combo of the spices. There is a little cinnamon, some clove, some ginger, not too much of any one spice and not too little…it really is the perfect combo. Pumpkin spice makes me feel all warm and cozy inside, just soooo happy. These muffins have pumpkin not only int he batter but also in the topping but don’t worry it is not over powering…it is just…

KETO Pumpkin Muffins
Muffins are my weakness…especially pumpkin muffins. One of my biggest fears when I went on KETO was I would have to give up my muffins, I mean they are normally not low carb. Thankfully that fear was put to rest with these AMAZING KETO Pumpkin Muffins. The Swirl is EVERYTHING It is no secret that I am all about anything and everything pumpkin spice. As much as I love a good plain pumpkin muffin to make these a little extra special I added a cream cheese swirl to the top. Isn’t just about anything better with a little cream cheese swirl? I kept it super simple with just cream cheese,…

Peachy Goodness Fresh Peaches are the key to these muffins. They bring so much flavor and peachy goodness to the muffins it is so, so good. I also love the bite of the fresh peaches. They are tender and so juicy it tastes like your biting into a fresh peach. If you need to use frozen or canned peaches you can. Triple the Berries…Triple the Yummy
I cannot get over all the beautiful berries that bursting at my local grocery store and farmers market. It seems everytime I go to the store I cannot help but buy several…they just look that good. What to do with all these berries? As much as I can’t resist the berries I now have to figure out what to do with all of them. First I made my Berry Smoothie, and then I put some on ice cream. Next I made my Berry Tart and then I just ate them on their own. I used a lot of them but there was still some left…so what could I do next?…

Refrigerator Bran Muffins
Ok so I have an obsession I need to let everybody know about. I am obsessed with these Refrigerator Bran Muffins!! I mean OBSESSED!! Just let it chill One of the best parts about this recipe is the fact that once you make it and then let it chill in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. The recipe makes a lot of batter. I mean a TON of batter meaning you can have warm muffins anytime you want. And I do mean ANYTIME. I have been known to make a few of them at 9:00 at night, just because I want one…remember I told you I am OBSESSED. Little or…

It’s a muffin puff kinda morning…
I do not have enough words in my vocabulary to tell you all how much I love these muffin puffs. Yes, you read that right, I am in LOVE with a little treat we call a muffin puff. Trust me they are as cute as they sounds and as yummy as they look. What is a puff? Simply put it is a cross between a muffin and donut hole, but there is nothing simple about these bites. First, they are easy to make like muffins. Mix everything together and then bake it off in cute mini muffin pans. I LOVE mini muffin pans. Don’t you? Some of the best bites…

a little love in the morning
This week is all about love, with it being Valentines Day week and all. To show a little extra love I am going to be making a favorite, my Brioche French Toast. Making the morning special One of my favorite things to get for breakfast or brunch is french toast. Anytime there is Brioche French Toast on the menu I am ordering it. There is just something so yummy about thick cut bread dipped in a delicious egg mixture and then grilled to perfection. Every time I fix this for The Hubby he always says he feels like we have gone out for brunch in our PJ’s. Now that is a…
