I still can’t believe Christmas is later this week. I don’t know about you but I still have a ton to do and one of the things on my list is to make this fudge one more time. There is just something so special about fudge around the Holidays…and especially this cocoa inspired version. A sweet potato casserole is a MUST HAVE on all of our Holiday tables. There is just something so wonderful about the rich, creamy and fluffy casserole that makes the Holiday’s something super special.
