Fall Brownie Bites

I cannot believe that Halloween is tomorrow… YES TOMORROW! Each year we have a big family dinner with chili and yummies and this year I asked if I could do it all. And then life happened…so I had to come up with something quick and easy that is super fun and super cute. These Fall Brownie Bites are the perfect last minute treat everyone will LOVE!

Store bought and so good

Due to my lack of time I went to my local grocery store and picked up everything I needed… yes EVERYTHING, even the brownie bites. Now if you have time feel free to whip up your favorite brownie recipe and bake them up in a mini muffin pan to create the perfect 2 bite brownie bite.

While I was there I was inspired by the large candy eyes and the candy corn and I knew I wanted to make these cute little guys for my niece and nephew. They are just so cute!

Don’t forget the sprinkles

My family are big, big fan of sprinkles. I will use sprinkles anytime I can and these little brownie bites were screaming for a little sprinkle action. I love how the orange and black sprinkles really pop against the white frosting… but any color sprinkles will work.

Chocolate frosting would be perfect for the chocolate lovers and then top it with crushed oreos for a cookie and cream dream. You could also use mini M&M’s for a little extra fun…the possibilities are endless.
