Easter Goody Bars (Gluten Free Option)
Easter is literally just a round the corner (like next week) and these Goody Bars are just what you need.
Goody Bar Time!
If you know about Goody Bars then you know just how yummy they are.
First can we talk about the oatmeal crust/crumble? It is buttery, just sweet enough and the perfect envelope to the chocolate center. I did use Gluten Free Flour and they turned out amazing. You can use all-purpose if you would like. Secondly, the chocolate center. Not only is it chocolate but it is also mixed with sweetened condensed milk (or nectar of the God’s), vanilla, salt and a little more butter. There can never be too much butter.
Last but not least… the M&M’s and sprinkles (if you want). To finish these bars off and make them perfect for Easter throw on some fun Easter M&M’s and Sprinkles to make them Easter Bunny ready.
These will be hit with adults and kids alike and a go to recipe all year long for you.
