Loaded Candy Blondies
Easter is just around the corner!! Let’s make blondies!!!
Load them up!
I am blondie fan… especially loaded ones like these cookies & cream blondies and these pistachio white chocolate blondies. Today I was craving something sweet and starting looking around and realized I had a ton of Easter candy that I had not sued so I decided to throw a lot of it into a blondie.
Let me tell you… I am obsessed with these… OBSESSED!!
Use what candy you have…
So I threw in mini cadbury chocolate eggs, peanut butter eggs, M&M’s and sprinkles. You could just use one kind of candy or more, if you have more… just load these blondies up.
You could use butterscotch chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips or a semi sweet chips as well. Oh… how about some pretzels or toffee bits, a little salty & sweet love? OK I might have to make more tomorrow.
Perfect for any holiday table…
Depending on the candy & sprinkles you use these blondies are perfect for your Holiday table. For the summer use red, white & blue sprinkles. Fall use leftover Halloween candy (or the stuff you swipe from the kids) with fall colored sprinkles. For Christmas use Christmas sprinkles with fun red oreos. SO MANY OPTIONS, I could go on & on.
Whatever the celebration these Loaded Candy Blondies are always a good idea.
Blondies do have more fun (even gluten free fun)!
Traditional blondies are definately delicious but these loaded candy ones are AMAZING!! Even better you could use gluten free flour (I like this one the best) to make them GF friendly. Just make sure the candy you use is GF as well. Anytime I can use GF flour I typically do so most anyone can enjoy it, and to be honest most of the time no-one even knows.
Get to baking!
