It is officially spooky season and that means it is time to bring out all the spooky-licious desserts. These super quick & easy Spooky Brownie Bites are just what you need. These are sure to make Halloween super fun!

Nephew to the rescue!

One of my favorite things is being an aunt, or Chelle Chelle, to my amazing niece and nephew. They are literally the coolest little humans I know. Plus they are both super smart, funny, sassy, witty, creative and have the biggest hearts.

I love anytime I get to spend time with them and yesterday I got my nephew after school for a few hours. After getting a special treat (of course) we set off to the store to get everything we needed for these Spooky Brownie Bites. He was super excited and let me tell you he did a GREAT job. Even better I didn’t have to do very much at all.

Quick… Easy & Spooky

The beauty of these spooky treats is that there is no baking involved. Yes you read that right.. NO BAKING. I bought the little brownie bites at my local grocery store and then topped each with a big marshmallow and then melted jarred icing in the microwave and voila!

It really can’t get much easier. Not only are they easy but they are also super fun to make, especially with kids. They love to pour the icing over the marshmallows and make the ghosts and goblins.

For extra fun I colored some of the frosting but you could use all white & make all ghosts. Oh and if you don’t have any candy eyes you can use black frosting or sprinkles for the eyes are fun decorations.

Spooky Brownie Bites

Quick & easy brownie bites perfect for all the spooky fun.

Ingredients

24 Brownie Bites
1 LB White Candy Melts
1 LB Green Candy Melts
48-60 Eyeball candies
1/4 Cup Sprinkles
24 Large Marshmallows

Instructions

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
Place cooling rack over parchment paper
Line up all 24 Brownie Bites
Place a large marshmallow on top of each brownie bite
In microwave safe bowls melt candy melts for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth
Working quickly, spoon melted candy over marshmallows and brownies until evenly coated
Quickly place eyeballs and sprinkles as so desired
Let cool and melted camdy to set
