White & Dark Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies
Valentines is just days away and these delicious White & Dark Loaded Chocolate Chip Cookies is a perfect Valentines treat… you could even call them Cupid’s Kiss Cookies if you want.
Load it Up with White & Dark Chocolate (& so much more)
I love cookies that have texture and lots of flavor. These cookies have all that and so much more!! To make these cookies stand out a bit I used dark chocolate chunks, white chocolate chunks, M&M candies (Valentines variety), Sprinkles and a little extra sea salt.
When I say I am going to load up a cookie I mean it. To add even more fun you could throw in some toffee chips, pretzel bits, oreo cookie bits or even peanut butter cups… of wow, peanut butter cups!! SO MANY OPTIONS!
NO Chilling Needed!
The beauty of these cookies is that you can whip them up in no time. You can literally have cookies on the table in less than 30 minutes… FOR REALS!
Now if you wanted to make ahead and then bake them fresh you can. Prepare as directed and then place the cookie sheet (or large plate) in the freezer and let them freeze for at least one hour and then transfer them to a zip lock bag. To bake add an additional 3-4 minutes to the bake time.
Thick & Chewy (& a little crispy)
These cookies are like little mounds of joy They spread just a little but making them super thick and chewy in the center, but still with a delicious crisp crust around the edges.
If you wanted a more flat, spread out cookie, you can flatten them once on the baking sheet and then bake for 7-8 minutes, making sure to watch they do not brown to much.
Make them each Season
These cookies are perfect anytime of the year… just change up the M&M colors and sprinkles to make them season ready. I absolutely love the Easter M&M’s with super fun pastel sprinkles. I also love the FALL M&M’s with fun Fall sprinkles… I would definately add in peanut butter cups for the Fall ones. Also obviously Christmas M&M’s are always super fun.
For just regular cookies you can always use plain M&M’s with your favorite sprinkles for a fun treat.
Preheat the Oven… NOW!!
