Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, set aside
In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together butter and sugats, until light & fluffy
Add in vanilla bean paste and eggs, mixing until just combined, scraping down the sides as needed
In a large bowl whisk together flour, osta, baking soda, baking powder, & salt
Add oat mixture into mixing bowl, mixnig until just combined
Fold in chocolate chunks
Using a small cookie scoop place mounds of dough onto prepared pans, 2" apart
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are starting to brown and center is set
Immediately press in M&M's, Sprinkles or any additional decor you would like
Let cool on pan for 10 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack to cool completely
