Course All-Purpose Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet over medium heat
Season tenderloins with seasoning, making sure they are evenly coated
Sear the tenderloin in the skillet on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until nicely browned
Once all sides are seared roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145℉
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes
Slice and Serve
