Roasted Pork Tenderloin

A quick & easy pork tenderloin that makes a busy weeknight easy peasy.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Course All-Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet over medium heat
  • Season tenderloins with seasoning, making sure they are evenly coated
  • Sear the tenderloin in the skillet on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until nicely browned
  • Once all sides are seared roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145℉
  • Remove and let rest for 10 minutes
  • Slice and Serve
