Spring is finally here…well at least according to the calendar. I don’t know about you but I am ready for some warmer weather and the sun to come out for more than 1 day at a time. I love cookies. Chocolate chip cookies, shortbread cookies, brownie cookies, sugar cookies, peanut butter cookies…really ANY cookie. Are you watching the Olympics? I am pretty sure I have watched more rowing and beach volleyball in the last 2 days than I have ever seen in all my life. Of course I have also watched a ton of gymnastics and swimming. I just love the swimming. I have to tell you though, I get tired just watching them. double the peanut butter goodness
Peanut butter cookies are a must make for the summer (at least in my family). The Hubby loves them, the Dad loves them and my Mammaw loves them. Not too long ago I was strolling the aisles at my local Trader’s Joe and came across a thai peanut salad dressing. Now I know this doesn’t sound too special but to The Hubby it is was a HIGE find.
