Cranberries & Holidays = Magic
It is time to bring on the cranberries!! I don’t know about you but the side dishes are really my favorite part of my Holiday table. They are also my favorite left over…and these green beans are among my MOST Favorite. As I have mentioned before, the only veggie I would eat growing up was green beans. My family was not one of those that you had to finish everything on your plate before you left the table, but if green beans were on my plate I would finish those for sure (I would also finish my potatoes, but now I know they weren’t veggies). For the most part we ate green beans either…

a cranberry is not just for the Holidays…
I don’t know about you but sometimes the sides are the hardest part of a healthier lifestyle. I mean how many stalks of broccoli can you eat? Anytime The Hubby and I have family or friends stay with us I want to have a a special breakfast treat for them in the morning and muffins are a go to for me. I love muffins because you can make a couple different varieties without much time or effort but they are filling and can look pretty impressive. For a special holiday treat I decided to bring together two of my favorites…cranberry and white chocolate. I love this combo is pretty much…

The perfect Fall cookie
Fall is in full swing and that means everything pumpkin, spice and yummy is everywhere! It seems like every store smells of all the best of fall… a little cinnamon, a little spice and a little sweet. The Hubby loves this season as much as I do and has been handing out little “thank you’s” to his clients. He has given some these chocolate chip cookies, fall maple crunch and then some peanut butter cookie brownies but these little pumpkin delights are my favorite of the bunch for sure. They are light but loaded with tons of flavor in each bite. For this go around I used white chocolate chips and dried…
