    Chicken tenders are one of my most favorite proteins to cook.  They are quick, easy and you can do just about anything with them, making them a perfect weeknight dinner option.     Over the last few years I have learned to LOVE veggies.  I love them raw, grilled & steamed but my favorite is roasted.  And these roasted veggies are my ALL TIME FAVORITE!!
