  • bring on the honey…and lots of it

It is no secret that I love to bake…I mean I really love cooking in general but baking is just so fun!   Recently I have been looking for some ways to have all my yummy baked goodies but maybe with a little less sugar.  Honey is the answer and it is so YUMMY!   It is all about the sweet… My favorite way to replace traditional granulated sugar is with honey.  It is sweet and way better for you in the long run.  Now that sounds like a win win. Summer is definately in full swing and I know for me it started without me.  Even though it is almost July it is not too late to take full advantage of all it has to offer.  OK, maybe not everything but at least a lot of it. My Summer Bucket List I am defiantly a list person so making a bucket list was a must do for me.  After I started I have to say I got super excited for the next 2 months.   I am definately going to make a conscience effort to enjoy it as much as I can and not the busy over-take. Make the most…

  • A little summer road trip fun

Growing up every summer there was at least 1 road trip in our family.  Sometimes we would travel to Missouri (about 12 hours) or maybe to Florida (too far).  Other times we would keep it close and just go a few hours to Austin or San Antonio. No matter how close or how far, I wish we would have had these questions to help us pass the time. SO fun…. Friends or Family…. Whether you are road tripping with your family or with some friends for a fun girls trip (or guys trip) you need to take these questions along.   Even better if you are doing these with your…
