Oreo Stuffed Cookies

Oreo cookies and Memorial Day Weekend are a perfect combo and then you stuff them into a chocolate chip cookie, they are even better!!

Let’s talk dough

You could stuff oreo’s in any cookie you want but for me I wanted to make it a little extra fun for theHoliday so I made M&M chocolate chip cookies. You could use your favorite sugar cookie recipe, plain chocolate chip cookie recipe, double chocolate cookie recipe…really just about anything you would like.

Once you pick your dough you can get to stuffing!

Hello Oreo

You can use any variety of OREO you love but I love the summer ones.  The creme center is red, white & blue with little pop rocks in each bite, making each bite something to remember for sure.

If you only have access to regular oreo cookies, or your favorite variety use them.  Any oreo cookie is going to be GREAT!

Big Oreo Cookies Surprise!

I did not tell my niece and nephew that I was putting Oreo’s in the middle of the cookies.  They just thought they are getting M&M cookies.. well they got a little more.

When my nephew bit into his cookie, he was shocked.  Then he felt a pop rock and LOVED IT!  My niece was also super excited as well… but she is my little sweet tooth so I knew she would be ALL about it.

Bigger Cookies are Better Cookies

The recipe I used for these cookies already make a BIG cookie but when you add an Oreo to the center they become ginormous (as my nephew said) and he loved it.  I mean I am a Texas girl, born and raised, and everything is bigger in Texas… so why not the cookie as well.

Get you mixer ready!
