Flourless Caramel Brownies

I am all about a flourless chocolate anything and these Flourless Caramel Brownies DO NOT disappoint!! They may be gluten free but they are AMAZING!!

All starts here…

These rich & fudgy brownies all start with the batter. It is thick and darker in color than some other more traditional brownies batters. Don’t fret though this bakes up some of the most fudgy, decadent brownies EVER!

With just 8 ingredients, all of which you probably have on hand, you can have these Flourless Brownies in no time.

Caramel … please

These brownies are really great on their own, but when you drizzle the salted caramel over the top and then bake them… well they become AMAZING!!

I used my Homemade Salted Caramel but you can use store bought if you want. In my opinon I would find one that is super thick and if you can find salted even better. Oh and don’t be stingy with it… go ahead and drizzle it all over the batter.

They may not be the thickest of brownies but they are probably some of the fudgiest you have ever had. Being how rich they are you can also get a lot more servings out of each pan…and maybe even keep a few extra for yourself.
