  • Easy Fried Rice

    One of my favorite take out items is fried rice. I love it loaded with veggies, with chicken, with beef, or just plain.  There are so many options you really can make it work for any meal.     Risotto is one of my most favorite sides and ever since I made this Arugula Pesto last week I have been trying out new ways to use it in all sorts of dishes, and this one is my favorite so far.
