    Shortbread Cookies are my mom’s most favorite cookie.  Anytime I ask her what she wants for her birthday or a holiday treat she says shortbread…and these are her MOST FAVORITE recipe. What makes them so special?     Easter is tomorrow … are you still needing a quick Easter treat everyone is sure to love?  I have the perfect treat. 10 minutes or less I literally made these in less than 10 minutes.  How?  You ask… well let me tell you.  I went to my local grocery store and grabbed their brownie bites, if your store does not have them, no worries use any brownies you can find and either cut them into squares or circles.     I am a BIG Blondie fan.  I just love how the brown sugar caramelizes to make each bite better than the last.  To make these blondies extra special I added in a few favorites, Oreos and Sprinkles!
